Spadolini Residence

Located less than 10 minutes’ walk from campus, the Spadolini Residence has:

- 317 single rooms in 3/4-bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms, a shared living room/kitchen area and a balcony

- 16 studio apartments with a bedroom, bathroom, living room/ kitchen area and balcony

 

All bedrooms have a bed, desk and wardrobe and are equipped with heating, air conditioning and wi-fi internet. In addition, blankets, sheets, pillowcases and towels are provided. Linens are changed and rooms are cleaned once a week. There is a coin laundry area in the building, as well as common areas for studying, socializing and relaxing and a small gym. The facility also has paid parking.
